A credit card on file is required to book all appointments. Some services require a non-refundable deposit to book the appointment. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any  cancellations within 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a charge to your credit card on file in the amount of 50% of the total cost of services booked as well as the forfeiture of any deposits paid at time of booking. These cancellation fees will be automatically charged to the card on file. Consideration will of course be given for true emergencies.

The salon policy is that children must be supervised at all times. If you bring a child with you for a hair color service without bringing someone to supervise the child, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. In such a case, you will be responsible for the 50% late cancellation fee that will be charged to your credit card on file. It’s always best to find childcare so that you can sit back and enjoy your time being pampered at the salon.

My schedule varies from week to week, so I schedule by appointment only. If you don’t see an opening online, simply contact me to see if I have any options for the timeframe you need.

I am located inside Design One Salon at 1910 E Center St., Warsaw, IN. Parking is behind the building. The guest entrance is in front of the building. When you walk in the front door, my room is to your left!
