Frequently Asked Questions
What hours are you open?
I generally work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10-7, and Saturday 10-3 but hours can vary from week to week.
Where are you located?
I rent a suite inside Bailey’s Studio, which is in the Carpet Depot building. I do not have a sign out front. You can park in the lot and enter through the carpet store entrance. Walk through the carpet store and turn right to find me!
How do I schedule an appointment?
The quickest and simplest way to book your next appointment is by texting me at 574-269-4957.
Book online 24/7 from the HOME page.

Do you take walk-ins?
I am by appointment only, but there are plenty of times that I could fit someone in at the last minute. Walk-ins are easier if you call or text in first just to see when I can squeeze you in if you need a last minute appoinment. They are never guaranteed. Appointments are always recommended.
How much do you charge for color?
The cost of haircolor varies widely. It will depend on the service chosen, the length and density of the hair, amount of product required, and overall time the service takes. A monthly new growth re-touch costs $48 wheras an all day color correction could run as much as $400. If you use the online booking, you will see the haircolor services broken down with a base price. The final price may vary once we determine what all will need to be done with your hair. I do offer free consultations and can offer suggestions to fit your budget.
I'm thinking about doing a fantasy color. What do I need to know?
Fantasy colors are creative, innovative, and can be very fun to rock. However, they are not for everyone. CLICK HERE to get the full scoop on fantasy colors.
Which color service should I choose?
If you are using my online booking service to schedule your color appointment, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. I have the color services broken down as far as I possibly can so that you can have a clearer idea of starting prices for haircolor. If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, just take your best guess and leave me a note in the notes section of the booking process telling me that would like a consultation to help decide what color service you are looking for. If you ever get stuck, you can always text me at 574-269-4957 to ask questions before you book.
What is an essential oil?
An essential oil is the purest, most concentrated substance from shrubs, flowers, trees, roots, bushes, fruit rinds, resins and herbs.
What are they used for?
Pure, therapeutic grade essential oils are used to support healthy body systems to promote overall health and wellness. There are over 300 oils to enjoy, but you only need 10 to support every system in your body. You can use essential oils to replace every single chemical in your home, from cleaning supplies to skin care and everything in between. Oils can be diffused for wellness, emotional support, or for a pleasing aroma.
How do I learn more?
I teach classes at the salon to educate you on the safety and usage of essential oils. The 101 class is always free and gives you the most information to get you started. The 201 classes are much more in depth for those who have a starter kit and are eager to learn how to use it. I also offer fun make-and-take classes where you will get to try out specific oils and create a useful product to use at home.
